花枝漿與花枝丸的差別:
花枝丸是以花枝漿放入滾水後定形成丸狀,食用前再煮熟,
花枝漿則只有在食用前用滾水煮過,保留更多原汁原味


食用方式:

1.利用湯匙或手掌虎口塑形,即可輕鬆完成自製花枝丸,
煮湯、油炸皆可

2.若想吃花枝羹,可將袋口直接剪開,隨意擠成不規則塊狀,加入羹湯即可。
