解凍方式: 
1.自冷凍庫取出烹煮的數量,浸泡於冰水6-8分鐘(千萬不可多於8分鐘,以免甜度流失) 
2.常溫下退冰10分鐘 
3.解凍完成,請即刻料理,以免失去鮮度。 
解凍務必食用完畢,以免變質。

天使紅蝦生長在南大西洋深海水域,捕撈於阿根廷南部海域
純淨無汙染且低溫的生長環境,使得天使紅蝦營養豐富,口感鮮嫩。

捕撈後立即冷凍,儲藏和運輸也都維持於-20度以下,
鎖住紅蝦新鮮度和營養成分。

天然的艷紅色,蝦頭有滿滿的蝦膏,肉甜有彈性,
在日本料理中常用做刺身,亦可做烤蝦、炸蝦、焗烤等料理方式
